Annual Renewal of Registration

The 2010-2011 General and Inactive Certificates of Registration will expire on August 31, 2011.

The renewal forms for the 2011–2012 Certificate of Registration and Laboratory Supervision (Stamp) will be mailed to all Registered Dental Technologists in mid-July 2011.  If you do not receive your renewal form, please contact Katherine Stern at the College at 416-438-5003.  Ontario Regulation 874/93 s. 13 requires that registrants pay an approved annual renewal fee, as well as submit an annual return form to the College of Dental Technologists of Ontario, even if the Registrar fails to mail a notice or the member fails to receive such a notice.

Please complete your renewal accurately and return to the College before August 31, 2011. Incomplete returns received after August 31st are subject to a late fee and possible suspension.
